Mad Millie White Cheese Wrap

White Cheese Wrap 240mm x 240mm, 10 Sheets. This white wrap is especially good for camembert, brie and other white moulded cheeses. The micro-perforations allow the cheese to breathe over a 6-10 week period during which the external white mould can infuse the cheese, creating that particular flavour we love on these soft cheese. The dull side of the paper will absorb any excess moisture, and the shiny side with holes protect the cheese from drying out whilst still allowing the cheese to breathe and develop its flavour.
